 Policies & Procedures

As we have reopened our doors we are implementing new sanitization procedures to ensure safety of all clients and staff before, during and after all appointments. We will continue to regularly disinfect all beds, handles, surfaces and equipment after all appointments. Sanitizer will be available as soon as you walk in. We will have no more than 2 clients waiting for their appointment in our waiting area at a time. Please arrive on time and alone if possible. Temperature checks will be conducted when entering and masks are mandatory for all staff and clients entering the spa. If you are not feeling well we ask that you please stay home and reschedule your appointment to another date.

The safety and health of all entering our facility is very important to us. We appreciate your co-operation during this time.

New clients please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself enough time to fill out our consultation forms. 

CANCELLATIONS must be 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. 

Clients more than 15 minutes late please note your appointment will be rescheduled to a different date as we want to provide you with the best service possible.

More than 15 minutes after scheduled time will not allow us enough time to complete your service.

Laser Hair Removal appointment no shows will be charged a fee upon next appointment

*Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on laser hair removal packages*

Laser Hair Removal: Please shave prior to appointments and avoid ultra violet and sun exposure before and after treatment. Sessions are scheduled in 4-6 week intervals. Avoid all hair removal methods that remove the hair from the follicle for a minimum of 6 weeks before laser session.

Eye Lash Services: All lash appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is then deducted from your final amount on the day of your appointment. Deposits are forfeited if the client does not show up to their appointment or cannot commit to their original scheduled appointment. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule. That much lost time will not allow the technician to complete the full set properly.

Facial Services: Please notify your aesthetician of any allergies, illness and current medications at the time of your treatment. 
Stop using Retinols/Retin A 1 week prior to appointment (Microdermabrasion/Microneedling/Chemical Peel treatments).
