Cancellation Policies 

New clients please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to give yourself enough time to fill out our consultation forms.

 

CANCELLATIONS must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

 

Clients more than 15 minutes late please note your appointment will be rescheduled to a different date as we want to provide you with the best service possible. More than 15 minutes after scheduled time will not allow us enough time to complete your service. 

 

Laser Hair Removal appointment no shows will be charged a $20 fee upon next appointment

 

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on laser hair removal packages. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Laser Hair Removal Information

All external promotional laser hair removal packages can only be purchased once per customer.

 

Please shave prior to appointments and avoid ultra violet and sun exposure before and after treatment.

 

Sessions are scheduled in 4-8 week intervals. Beginning at 4 weeks a part.

 

All laser hair removal packages include 6 sessions.

 

All laser hair removal packages are expirable.

 

Avoid all hair removal methods that remove the hair from the follicle for a minimum of 4 weeks before laser session.

 

Please notify your aesthetician of any allergies, illness and current medications at the time of your treatment.

 

Laser is an extremely safe and effective hair removal procedure. Please contact us for your consultation or if you have any questions or concerns regarding the treatment. 

 

We want to advise all clients that laser hair removal is effective and efficient but does however work differently for everyone depending on numerous factors. Such as body area being treated, hormones, coarseness of hair as well as hair colour. Laser hair removal by no means is a one-and-done treatment to permanently remove hair.  

 

Our trained technicians are always available for all questions and concerns.

 

 

Health & Safety

We continue to implement strict sanitization procedures to ensure safety of all clients and staff before, during and after all appointments. We will continue to regularly disinfect all beds, handles, surfaces and equipment after all appointments. 

 

Sanitizer will be available as soon as you walk in. Please arrive on time.

 

 If you are not feeling well we ask that you please stay home and reschedule your appointment to another date.
